NOCTIVUM is the cinematic electronic project of Andreas, a producer and live musician from Heidelberg/Mannheim, Germany. His music blends expansive, filmic sound worlds with the driving elements of melodic techno and modern EDM. The result is tracks that feel like personal soundtracks: intense, emotional, and danceable at the same time.
Instead of straight club EDM, NOCTIVUM puts storytelling at the centre. Each track builds its own dramaturgy of tension, atmosphere, and resolution – inspired by film scores, game music, and electronic pioneers. Live, Andreas brings this world to the stage using synthesizers, MIDI controllers and live looping, shaping the set on stage as a hands-on electronic performance.
This makes NOCTIVUM a fit for both cinematic playlists and sync projects (film, TV, games) and for club and festival slots looking for melodic/cinematic techno and live electronic acts.

Hi, I’m Andreas, the artist behind NOCTIVUM, formerly known as Loud Silence — a songwriter and pianist from a small village near Heidelberg, Germany, whose path began in classical piano at the age of 4 and later unfolded through years of playing with bands.
For over a decade, I served as keyboard player in Jezebel’s Tower, a band that echoed across radio and television and carried its sound to Romania, including a support run with Iron Maiden.
Those years shaped the way I listen to silence, tension, and resonance. With NOCTIVUM, launched in 2025, I’m weaving a cinematic electronic realm where emotion drifts like mist, trance-infused energy pulses beneath the surface, and every sound feels like part of a larger, unfolding ritual.
As a live electronic musician, I bring that world to life on stage through synthesizers, MIDI control and live performance.
